Wellness continues to be a dynamic and high-pressure space - especially for brands in categories like Beauty, Food & Drink, and Household - as they respond to fast-evolving consumer needs and expectations. The Associate Principal Analyst serves as a future-focused expert for a variety of Mintel's clients, delivering insightful, high-impact content and client engagement that shapes strategic thinking around how to innovate in the wellness industry. With deep category expertise, this role focuses on synthesizing data and trends to craft compelling narratives that help clients anticipate change and stay ahead of their competitors. Working across both client engagements and content development, you'll collaborate with commercial teams to identify emerging issues, co-create forward-thinking materials, and lead client-facing sessions. This is an ideal role for a strong communicator who thrives on crafting new ideas and bringing insights to life in a way that resonates with clients. We are looking for a wellness subject matter expert that can author compelling content and also guide clients. Your perspective will inform how wellness influences consumer decision-making-particularly in the CPG space-as you help brands innovate and lead in the wellness industry. The below reflects the range of base salary for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and qualifications. The salary range for this role is: $80,000 USD to $100,000 USD.
