What You'll Do Lead crews in completing all phases of assigned jobs (tear-offs, installations, clean-up). Read blueprints, prepare material lists, and assign tasks to ensure productivity. Train and mentor crew members in construction skills and safety compliance. Ensure high standards of safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship are met daily. Safely operate and monitor power tools, lifts, and other equipment. Interact with customers and represent Mahaney professionally on job sites. Monitor and document project progress through FCS or other methods. Promote job site cleanliness, organization, and safe storage of materials. Assist with hands-on work when necessary to support the team. Track and submit credit card receipts, time sheets, and reports in a timely manner. What You Bring 5+ years of architectural sheet metal experience (standing seam, wall panel systems, ACM, etc.). Experience with single-ply membrane systems. Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow through. Valid driver's license strongly preferred. Must pass pre-employment physical, agility test, drug screen, and background checks (for some jobs). Physical & Work Environment Outdoor work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow). Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders up to 40+ ft, and work at heights. Frequent use of hand and power tools. Work in dusty, dirty, and occasionally hazardous environments. Long shifts (12+ hours) on feet or knees as needed. Work from scissor/boom lifts and occasionally on steep roofs.
