JOB PURPOSE

Assists the candidates with web-based tests included in workforce development initiatives.

DUTIES*

1. Provides orientation sessions to groups of 20 or more job candidates, including orientations about the company as well as the assessment process.
2. Proctors computer-based testing sessions.
3. Light repairs on electrical, mechanical, and electronic equipment as needed.
4. Scores application screening.
5. Schedules candidates as needed.
6. Conducts basic data entry.
7. Prepare reports about assessment activities as needed.
8. Attend staff meeting as needed.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

1. Demonstrate strong communication skills both verbal and written.
2. Demonstrate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Applications.
3. Demonstrate outstanding customer service to both the client and job candidates.
4. Strong computer skills.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

1. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
2. An associate's degree in human resources management, communications, education, IT or a closely related field is preferred.
