Position Summary

This role is responsible for providing guidance, support and training on both the CRM and ATS tailored to Physician and APP Recruitment needs. This role interacts with the workday configuration team and adds insights on what the physician and app recruitment team need to form a Metric Data Dashboard standard across the enterprise. This role will also ensure the physician and app team utilize all functions of Beamery and Workday daily to ensure we foster an environment of using our resources and establish with our leader's the data integrity needed for each specialty as well as region we serve.

Responsibilities

  • System Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Maintaining Workday core business functionality, including recruitment processes, security settings and working with the workday configuration team as well as addressing any user issues, system errors and data discrepancies within both Beamery and Workday
  • Monthly & Quarterly Updates/Trainings: Provide training on updates or enhancements to either system to all end-users on the PAS recruitment team
  • Data Management: Oversee data integrity and accuracy within the Workday and Beamery systems, as well as audits when needed
  • System Optimization: Regularly assess Workday and Beamery usage and identify opportunities for enhancements or additional features that can benefit the recruitment process
  • Compliance and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field and/ OR 5+ years of Physician and Executive recruitment experience/OR equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of Technical CRM and ATS experience as end user, SME as well as problem solver
  • Strong Communication, Presenting and Interpersonal Skills
  • 5 years of work Experience with various CRMs, ATS, as well as MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills: Effectively managing multiple recruitment projects and deadlines
  • Experience in creating Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) to keep hiring leaders on task with the process
  • Ensures compliance and adherence to Federal, State and other Regulatory bodies such as OIG, Stark Laws, HPSA and MUHA qualifications, EEOC, Department of Labor/Immigration, Affirmative Action, etc.

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $93,954.00 - $135,221.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
