Director, Client Alignment

Netsmart is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven leader to join our Client Alignment team, focused on expanding our presence in the Post-Acute care market. This role will lead a team of 5-7 professionals and carry a team quota of $10M, with a focus on driving value, building executive relationships, and delivering growth through strategic client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Client Alignment team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.

  • Drive strategic growth initiatives across the Post-Acute segment, including Home Health and Hospice.

  • Build and maintain strong executive relationships with clients, understanding their complex organizational needs and aligning Netsmart solutions to deliver value.

  • Represent Netsmart at industry conferences, trade shows, and client site visits (approximately 30% travel).

  • Deliver compelling, high-level presentations to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Consulting, and Product teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

  • Identify whitespace opportunities and support prospecting efforts to expand market share.

  • Manage and achieve a team revenue quota of $10M.

Required Qualifications:

  • Background in consulting, healthcare provider organizations, or healthcare technology vendors.

  • Deep knowledge of the Post-Acute care industry, particularly Home Health and Hospice.

  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to build and scale high-performing teams.

  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

  • Strategic thinker with a relationship-first mindset and the courage to challenge the status quo.

  • Experience with sales processes, client prospecting, and whitespace development.

  • Willingness to travel and/or relocate as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading teams in a quota-carrying environment.

  • Familiarity with Netsmart solutions or similar healthcare technology platforms.

  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field is a plus.
