What you'll own as the Business Systems Analyst II

As a Business Systems Analyst II, you will act as the voice of the customer to ensure that our teams continue to deliver more best-in-breed products that advance the way we pay, bank and invest. You will workaspartofateaminascrumsettingand must be aself-motivated,proactive,andout-of-the-boxthinker.

UI Portal Analysis Expertise

  • Managing Product backlog: Manage all business priorities; customer journey needed for those features. Constantly refine the backlog talking to business, know the priority (deadlines) and have a good understanding of the estimates.

  • Detailed Story Writing: Split functionality into valuable, demo-able, small testable stories with solid acceptance criteria (e.g Gherkin format)

  • Communication and Delivery: Drive delivery on scrum calls and complete testing in all environments. Troubleshoot with key developers to fix issues before a release. You will be involved in production release nights helping the team.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure business solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time

  • Use Case & Sequence Diagrams: Create detailed use cases, sequence diagrams, and data flow diagrams to support development and testing.

Technical Analysis Expertise

  • API Requirements Integration: Skilled in integrating technical requirements for RESTful APIs with BAs on API team. This includes endpoint definitions, request/response payloads, authentication, and error handling.

  • System Integration: Experience in understanding mapping data flows between systems and integration points using APIs, ensuring seamless communication across platforms.

  • Swagger/OpenAPI Documentation: Able to review API specifications using tools like Swagger, Postman, and OpenAPI.

  • Testing & Validation: Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases for API functionality, performance, and security; use tools like Postman or SoapUI for validation.

Process & Methodology

  • Agile & SAFe Methodologies: Work within Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) to managedeliverables and documentation.

What you'll bring

* Knowledge and an understanding of end-to-end systems development life cycles.

* A bachelor's in computer science or information systems or equivalent experience - Master's degree is desirable.

* 5+ years' experience analysing large, complex, enterprise business solutions that require analysis and research

* Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clients

* Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills

* Is resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas

  • Knowledge of financial services industry

The pay range for this full-time position is $83,400.00 - $136,000.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
