Position Title: Yard Shuttle - Lead
Wage: $19.50-$20.50/hour Shift: Day, Night (Training will be on day shift) Hours: 7am-4:30pm, 4pm-2:30am We are searching for candidates with prior driving and/or management experience for an open Yard Shuttle Lead position! Candidates must be flexible to work nights and weekends however, training will be on day shift. A valid driver's license and smartphone are needed for this role. This is a temporary opportunity in Birmingham, MO. Yard Shuttle - Lead Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Provide guidance and observe Parking Lot Staff - Lead, train, and monitor the performance of employees working in the lots - Ensure staff are following safety protocols and providing excellent customer service - Provide guidance on parking lot procedures, such as vehicle entry/exit, parking guidelines, and maintenance tasks - Oversee the proper allocation of movement and storage for vehicles - Ensure vehicles are parked correctly to optimize space usage and minimize congestion - Maintain a schedule for transit vehicle arrivals and departures - Ensure compliance with safety standards, including vehicle maneuvering, no damage to vehicles, equipment or property - Complete reporting requirements on time, ensuring accuracy - Monitor parking lot conditions to identify and resolve any hazards or maintenance issues - Assist with maintaining records of vehicle maintenance and parking lot inspections Yard Shuttle - Lead Requirements: - Outdoor environment, exposed to varying weather conditions - May need to work evenings, weekends, or holidays based on operational needs QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
