Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a 2nd Shift Equipment Operator to join the team at The Occasions Group in North Mankato, MN! You will be trained to operate equipment that prints greeting cards and other special occasion items.

Your Responsibilities:

• Set up and run printing machines by following job instructions and company guidelines

• Do regular maintenance (daily, weekly, and monthly) to keep machines in good condition

• Mix inks so colors come out right

• Make sure the correct paper type, size, color, and amount are ready

• Check printing plates to confirm they match the job order

• Watch the press while it runs and check the product to make sure it looks good

• Work with your team to organize jobs and adjust when deadlines change

• Follow all safety rules and keep your work area safe

Your Shift:

• 2:00pm - 10:30 pm, Monday - Friday with occasional overtime.

You Must Have:

• Ability to adjust machines to the correct settings

• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail

• Good mechanical skills and interest in working with equipment

• Ability to read and follow instructions clearly

We Would Also Prefer:

• Good color discernment.

Requirements within this position:

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position.
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials.
• Frequently required to move inside the facility.
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry).
