Head of Business Operations, Office of the CEO
About the role: As Head of Business Operations you will be a key member of the Office of the CEO, working directly with the PRI leadership team to drive organizational transformation. You will report to the Vice President, Special Projects, serving as a partner in driving the business transformation agenda, with frequent C-Suite interaction. This role will give ample exposure to business operations, with the opportunity to own and be accountable for high-impact initiatives. With your front-row-seat across leadership and operational teams, you will be in prime position to use your strategic vision and operations mindset to identify and tackle transformative projects. You will be accountable for driving impact of cornerstone initiatives built on cutting-edge technology, actionable analytics and insights, and strategic business positioning. To support PRI's rapid growth, this role will help establish technology and analytics practices to improve the quality and efficiency of PRI's core business, among other special projects. Your experience in data management systems, automation, business intelligence, and iterative implementations in real-world settings will be key to the success of these initiatives. Not only are you technology-driven and data-informed, you are also human-centered: you know that a strong technology solution designs with people's needs and behaviors in mind and requires thoughtful change management. Key responsibilities: Strategic Initiatives Portfolio and Project Management: Serve as agile business leader owning a portfolio of high-priority, cross-functional projects that drive leadership priorities and desired business results; build informed perspectives, and thoughtfully engage manager, leaders, and partners to drive initiatives forward. Technological Advancement: Support the identification and evaluation of critical technologies to enhance PRI's operations, including data management systems, AI, Business Intelligence; assess technology infrastructure needs and close gaps to ensure successful implementation and integration of new technologies. Operational Optimization:Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Healthcare Claims Review operations, including the implementation ofnew technologies and automation efforts to enhance efficiency and accuracy, and improving operational performance monitoring to support data-informed decision-making and performance improvements. Executive Engagement: Earn trust and confidence of Office of the CEO team through high-quality work, considered proposals, and thoughtful questions; readily synthesize findings to enable informed decision-making by executive leaders. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Insight-Gathering: Eagerly partner up, down, and across the organization to ensure the success of the Office of the CEO initiatives; use relationship-building, on-the-ground insights from colleagues, and first-hand experience (e.g., shadowing, ride-alongs) to enhance the quality and success of everything that you do. Change Management:Support the planning and execution ofchange management strategies related to new processes, technologies, and organizational shifts, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption across the business unit. Special Projects: Lead ad hoc projects identified as high priority by the CEO. What we're looking for: Education:Bachelor's degree. Experience:Experience in operations, strategy, program management, or a consulting role, preferably within healthcare, government contracting, or a highly regulated industry. Skills:Strategic planning, project management, and analytical problem-solving. Executive presence and client-service mindset. Strong relationship-builder and communicator (written and verbal). Builds buy-in and creatively negotiates to move work forward. High proficiency in data analysis and experience with large-scale technology deployments; closely follows developments inadvanced technologies like AI. Competencies:Effecting change by influencing across various levels of an organization, fostering collaboration, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and exercising discretion with confidential matters.
