Minimum of 2 years Experienced Assemblers

• in wire bonding: thermosonic, thermocompression, ball bonding
• Skilled in electronic assembly using solder, fasteners, adhesives
• Precision, reliability, and hands-on excellence

RF Technicians

• Solid RF experience in testing, troubleshooting, or production
• Ready to hit the ground running
