The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to: Assist small business owners in putting together business plans, advise in financing new business and offering other resources and matching them with resource partners. Profile new clients, assess the needs to the clients and follow-up with clients. Educate new clients about the resources available within the business resource center and other Zions Bank departments. Provide counseling to clients through one-on-one consultations, e-mail or over the phone. Attend and represent the bank at business lunches and other events as requested. Liaise between ZBRC and all internal department and business partners to ensure proper communication and efficient operations. Public speaking may be component of the position. Maintain relationships with all service providers and partners Qualifications: Requires a Bachelors degree in business, finance, economics or related field and 2+ years experience with banking and financial services industry, relationship management, sales, or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements. Working knowledge of banking products and services, strategic planning, and business development. Must have excellent communication, analysis and computer skills. Ability to interact with various types of clients. Knowledge business plan development knowledge. Ability to understand a broad perspective of issues related to any type of businesses. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
