From your PASSION to ours

Summary:

Analyst is main contact for the scheduling of incoming fluid deliveries (milk, condensed whey, WPC, etc.). Consolidates and completes plant operational reports in a timely and accurate manner on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Instrumental in the preparation and completeness of all month end reporting in order to meet established deadlines. These reports include the Vision, Monthly Operating Report, Global Mass Balances, NYS reporting, and Operational summaries. Creates simulations, and comparisons as needed develops and implements any new reporting tools as needed. Proficient in spreadsheet development, updating and graphing including pivot tables. Stores all source documents on a monthly basis. Assist all department managers with the reports generated from their operations. Ensure all files and linked properly and prepared for the next week, month and year. Works on the plant floor to ensure that the date presented is accurate and that sampling and metering devices are functioning properly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Main contact for scheduling of incoming fluid deliveries.

2. Consolidates all of the production records from the previous day to create the Vision, MOR and global mass balance.

3. Flags any deficiencies found in the data collected and begins the investigation into what is the root cause

4. Stays in direct contact with Manager of Production Analysis in order to be aware of any changes to the cheese made.

5. Corrects any deficiencies found real time and ensures managers are made aware of the issue

6. Works as a liaison between all department managers and plant management ensuring the results are reported correctly.

7. Ensure department managers understand the documents used to report their results, as well as teaching them how to use the reports if the need assistance in Excel.

8. Prepares the plant for all regulatory inspections of record keeping.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervises the employees responsible for the individual department reports. Incumbent is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; has input in appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Experience:
