We provide classroom education located in Springfield MA, and on the job training. You get paid a living wage (and BENEFITS package) while you learn! Some of the basic requirements for becoming an apprentice are: Minimum age 17 to apply, 18 to go to work High School Education or GED One Year of High School Algebra Qualifying Score on an Aptitude Test Drug Free Driver's License and reliable transportation Live within the 4 Western MA counties Experience is welcome but not necessary.
