We Require
Six months of experience performing clerical or support services in a medical setting High school diploma or GED A combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis

Perform visual or video monitoring of Inpatient Mental Health patients and report findings and observations to the licensed nurse Provide and maintain patient confidentiality Complete and process all required documentation legibly, timely, and with accuracy Assist the patient care team as directed to ensure patient care and unit activities are complete Participate in orientation and training of new staff, as well as group problem-solving and teamwork Complete required classes and education credits Answer phones as needed and perform other related duties as assigned
Working Conditions
Must be able to pass a fingerprint background check and maintain MCSO jail access Travel or floating to various clinical locations is required within a 5-mile radius. Must be able to respond to emergencies. The position includes day or night shift work, which may involve weekends and holidays Must push medical equipment, climb stairs, and lift patients on a gurney. Must be able to work inside a jail and stand/walk/bend for extended periods of time throughout the shift This position requires accurately handling a high volume of work, communicating with a culturally diverse patient population, and adapting to frequent changes, interruptions, and unscheduled tasks
