About the Role:

The Wire Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the wire transfer services of the Pathward. This includes managing wire transfer systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, supervising staff, and maintaining secure and efficient processing of domestic and international wire transactions.

What You Will Do:



  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of wire team to meet service level agreements.
  • Hire, train, and evaluate wire services team.
  • Oversee the processing of incoming and outgoing wire transfers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Serves as an escalation point for complex wire inquiries and issues.
  • Maintain and monitor wire transfer systems and software platforms.
  • Coordinate with IT and vendors for system upgrades, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with including OFAC & BSA/AML.
  • Audit responsibilities for wire services reviews.
  • Monitoring of monthly wire volumes for reporting.
  • Other duties as assigned.


What You Will Need:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in wire transfer operations or equivalent.
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of wire transfer systems
  • Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Results oriented

Salary range: $72,000 - $120,000


The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
