Job Description To ensure proper servicing of all Banquet Functions and assist in the operation and management of the Banquet Department; to disseminate information on event orders, to service and set-up personnel insuring accurate, timely functions as well as professional and courteous service. Responsible for up-selling and attaining pre-determined labor goals, and supervision of all Food & Beverage related events on and off property. Responsibilities
