As the Assistant General Counsel - Consumer Banking, you will provide legal advice to Valley on issues affecting consumer deposit and loan products and services. The role will work closely with other attorneys in the Legal Department, as well as senior management and other internal partners from the Deposit Operations and Consumer Lending teams to manage effectively the legal, regulatory, and reputational risks associated with consumer products and services. The role is ideal for a junior to mid-level attorney with a background in consumer financial protection laws and regulations and experience drafting complex contractual documents and product disclosures, terms and conditions.
