Website & SEO Support Campaign Support & Brand Visibility Social Media & Employee Advocacy Management Analytics & Reporting KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. * 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment. * Demonstrated hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (Sales Hub a plus). * Experience managing multi-channel campaigns with measurable outcomes. Skills Abilities * Must be able to sit and use a keyboard for prolonged periods throughout the workday. * Must be able to talk, see, hear, concentrate, think, and reason. * Must be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. WORK ENVIRONMENT * Office-based work at Benchmark Global Headquarters (Tempe, AZ). * Occasional remote flexibility with manager approval. * Minimal travel required.
