The AMT Lead A&P brings advanced technical expertise and leadership to aircraft maintenance operations, with specialized knowledge of the G500, G600, and G700 build processes. This familiarity enables efficient coordination of complex mechanical, electrical, and structural tasks, ensuring precision and compliance throughout each phase of maintenance and modification. The lead technician supports high standards of quality and safety while guiding teams through troubleshooting, inspections, and documentation aligned with FAA regulations and Gulfstream specifications. Previous Completions Experience a plus Education and Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required. 10 years aviation maintenance experience (avionics, electrical, and/or mechanical) to include 4 years of relevant Gulfstream aircraft experience. A&P (FAA Airframe and Powerplant) license required. Valid Driver's License required.
Position Purpose:
Plan and coordinate various technical functions of aircraft maintenance, repair, replacement, and modification of key aircraft components to ensure proper operation. Provide work directions to technicians performing aircraft maintenance and troubleshooting and repair duties. Job Description
