Your role
The mission of this position is to assist the sales team in reaching their sales targets by providing professional customer support through efficient and accurate order processing/tracking as well as timely and cost-effective logistics and purchasing.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight and supervision of the sales coordination team.
- Manage the end-to-end order processing workflow, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Track team progress towards established goals through the development of relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Serve as an escalation point for inquiries and reports related to sales orders and invoicing.
- Expedite orders through collaboration with Regional Vice Presidents, Business Line Managers, and the Product Company.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for members of the team, including product and applications training.
- Provide timely updates on order status and deliveries to customers.
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics to resolve order-related issues and improve customer experience.
- Drive initiatives to automate and streamline order processing systems and technologies.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position provides supervision for three to five sales coordinators.

A minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience in a similar role is required. Experience in the construction, power, and/or pump industries is a plus, and prior supervisory experience is preferred. This position requires a high school diploma or GED. A four-year Bachelor's degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills to be successful include:
- Advanced knowledge of order processing in SAP is required.
- Proven abilility to motivate and inspire others is desirable.
- Ability to educate others in the order and administration process.
- A strong candidate demonstrates initative, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure setting.
- Must have capability to develop creative process improvements while consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining timeline commitments.
- Excellenct communication, both verbally and written.

Job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement allowing you to split your time one day working remotely and four days being on-site at our office in Rock Hill SC, United States (US).
