What You'll Do:
- Prepare and coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Prepare and distribute shipping paperwork including packing lists, bills of lading, invoices, and export paperwork.
- Operate multiple systems such as JDE, UPS WorldShip, Navisphere, PowerPick, and TMC to manage logistics.
- Safely load/unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks; package and store parts to prevent damage.
- Maintain warehouse organization, labeling, and equipment in safe working condition.
- Perform cycle counts and ensure inventory record accuracy.
- Assist in customer related quality reporting as well as internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Maintenance, and Operations to prioritize urgent shipments.
- Manage freight cost reporting, invoicing, and other shared services tasks.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
What We Need You to Have:
- Four plus years of shipping/receiving experience in a manufacturing or industrial warehouse setting.
- Ability to operate powered forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment (certification preferred).
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Excel pivot table experience is a plus.
- Ability to process and interpret shipping/receiving documentation, invoices, and technical documents.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain safety standards in warehouse operations.
