As part of OYA's Executive Leadership Team, the Assistant Director of the Business Services Division serves as the agency's Chief Administrative Officer, providing executive leadership across Finance, Human Resources, Information Services, and Physical Plant Operations. This role requires both strategic vision and the ability to translate that vision into practical solutions that support OYA's Positive Human Development model and our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). The successful candidate will bring proven state of Oregon leadership experience, a track record of mentoring and developing leaders, and the ability to build authentic partnerships across diverse stakeholders-including the Legislature, DAS, partner agencies, and OYA's staff statewide.
