Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) - Team Lead
San Joaquin County | Full-Time | $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

At Telecare, our mission is bold yet simple: to help people recover their health, hopes, and dreams. We're not just providing behavioral health services - we're redefining how communities experience crisis care.

We believe in building teams that reflect the people we serve - inclusive of peers, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, veterans, and diverse belief systems. Together, we're advancing cultural humility, equity, and innovation at every level of our organization.

About the Program: Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT)

Passion. Mindset. Innovation. These set us apart.

MCRT is a 24/7 first-of-its-kind crisis response program serving people of all ages in San Joaquin County. Instead of defaulting to emergency rooms or law enforcement, our teams meet people where they are - in the community, in the moment of need.

From the mobile crisis van, you and your team will deliver:

  • Crisis triage and risk assessments

  • In-person interventions and stabilization

  • Collaborative support with ACL (Access & Crisis Line) and law enforcement

  • Ongoing case management and connections to care

This is your opportunity to lead a groundbreaking approach that is transforming the way we care for people in crisis.

The Role: Team Lead

As an MCRT Team Lead, you'll be the steady hand guiding a multidisciplinary team in the field. You'll:

  • Lead crisis responses across the county, stepping in with empathy and clinical expertise

  • Support individuals and families in their most vulnerable moments

  • Collaborate with first responders, clinicians, and peer specialists

  • Provide assessments, interventions, referrals, and aftercare planning

  • Mentor and supervise team members, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care

  • Keep the team aligned, supported, and growing professionally

This is leadership in action - not from behind a desk, but side by side in the field.

Shifts Available

  • AM Shift | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM: Sun-Tue + bi-weekly Wed 11 AM-7 PM

  • PM Shift | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM: Sun-Tue + bi-weekly Wed 11 PM-7 AM

Compensation: $106,727 - $131,851 (plus shift differentials & sign-on bonus).
