Location: Javon Bea Hospital

Shift: Varied; Every 3rd Weekend Rotation; Holiday Rotation

Hours: 36 hours per week

Sign-On Bonus: Sign-on bonuses of up to $20,000 are being offered based on years of experience for full-time, night shift positions.

Shift Differential: 15% Evening Shift Differential up to $4.50 / hour ; 20% Night Shift Differential up to $6.00 / hour


We're seeking passionate and skilled ICU RNs to provide life-saving care in our 26-bed Intensive Care Unit at Javon Bea Hospital - a Level 1 Trauma Center in Rockford, IL. Our ICU gives nurses the unique opportunity to care for a wide range of patients-including neuro, cardiac, and trauma cases-allowing you to expand your skills and clinical expertise every day. Here, you'll work alongside a dedicated team of physicians, nurses, and specialists who are trained to care for the most critically ill and injured patients. In this role, you'll make a direct impact every day by delivering advanced, compassionate care.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
  • Current IL RN licensure by the IL Dept of Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
  • Approved CPR/BLS certification within 90 days of hire
  • Approved Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 12 months of hire
  • NIHSS Certification required within 12 months of hire
