NTN has an immediate opening in our Sales Department for a Heavy-Duty Truck Aftermarket National Sales Manager for the US region.



MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Managing Heavy - Duty customers to achieve the sales forecast and gross margin targets, for the Heavy - Duty Truck Channels assigned.
  • Servicing and calling on OEM Truck headquarters.
  • Generating new opportunities with all Fleet customers.
  • Creating and executing a sales plan that achieves the sales forecast.
  • Coaching and training the sales team to achieve optimum performance.
  • Performing sales planning and sales analysis using CRM tools and other standard processes.
  • Producing high quality, complex, written communications and reports that support NTN's aftermarket business.
  • Developing / maintaining strong working relationships with NTN customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Representing NTN in aftermarket professional organizations and using influence to help shape future industry developments.
  • Managing and executing processes to maintain pricing, gross margin and customer payments.
  • Completing other projects as assigned.


SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:



  • 4 years undergraduate degree in business administration.
  • Must have heavy duty truck aftermarket sales/manager experience.
  • Must have experience calling on heavy duty truck parts distributors and program groups.
  • Must have experience calling on heavy duty truck key accounts and fleets.
  • Heavy duty truck OEM service parts experience is a plus.
  • Strong people management skills
  • Knowledge of automotive truck aftermarket business.
  • Knowledge of suspension, wheel bearing and hub products.
  • Excellent time management skills.
