Our Opening and Your Responsibilities Role/Purpose: The Supply Chain Automation and Process Specialist will work onsite to drive automation of our daily activities in areas within Supply Chain, such as procurement, data governance, inventory control, scheduling, planning, and order management. Driving cost reductions and depth within in our supply chain. This role will champion continuous improvement in part by automating daily and repetitive tasks. Additionally, the role will perform daily tasks where needed in each of the supply chain roles and be responsible for Key Process Indicator (KPI) reporting. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Cross train within all key roles in the supply chain organization. Drive and implement automation. Champion process improvement. Create and maintain KPI dashboards. What You Need to Succeed Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Understanding of Supply Chain roles Expertise in database analytics capability and ability to learn UI path, SAP Analytics. Develop and maintain good working relationships with all departments. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Self-Starter Team orientation Highly adaptable and flexible Data driven mindset Strong Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Minimum Education / Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field (or comparable on-the-job experience). 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain or related field.
