C3 AI is looking for a proactive and resourceful IT Support Engineerto join our team. This role is critical in keeping our systems running smoothly and our employees supported, especially across time zones. Responsibilities:



  • Frontline Support: Deliver first and second-level support for end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues quickly and effectively. Provide key support coverage for East Coast offices while partnering with Corporate IT on the West Coast.
  • System Maintenance & Deployment: Perform regular maintenance, updates, and security checks on IT systems. Refurbish and re-image laptops to keep devices reliable and ready for use.
  • Troubleshooting & Escalation: Diagnose technical issues with precision and escalate complex cases to senior engineers when needed.
  • Documentation: Accurately log support requests, resolutions, and system changes in our ticketing system to ensure transparency and continuity.
  • Collaboration & Projects: Work closely with IT colleagues and cross-functional teams to implement, support, and improve IT initiatives across the organization.


Qualifications:



  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience, with prior experience as a Global Admin strongly preferred.
  • Technical Expertise: Skilled in Windows and Mac OS environments, networking protocols, and widely used business applications and cloud services such as MS Office, Office 365, Atlassian, Meraki, Surface Hub Devices, and Teams Rooms.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical abilities with a proactive, solution-first approach to IT challenges.
  • Communication: Clear and confident communicator with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Certifications: Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
  • Other Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
