Data Analyst (Senior)
Location: Washington, DC - Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
Clearance Requirement: U.S. Citizen - Public Trust Eligible
Salary Range: $135,000 - $145,000

The Opportunity
We're seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support the acquisition branch of a large federal agency. This role is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting acquisition data to senior stakeholders. The position is hybrid, with two days onsite and three days remote at the customer's Washington, DC location.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and evaluate acquisition data to support decision-making.
- Collect, manage, and report data in compliance with federal requirements.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to track procurements valued at more than $10 million.
- Review and validate acquisition reporting data from SAM.gov.
- Support inbox management, including logging, tracking, linking documents, and packaging materials for approval.
- Recommend automation solutions and process improvements for acquisition reporting.
- Support contract action and termination reporting requirements.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all data submissions.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with data analysis and oversight of large federal procurements.
- Strong knowledge of acquisition reporting standards and practices.
- Proven ability to deliver accurate and timely reports.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or under general direction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - able to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- U.S. Citizen and eligible for a Public Trust clearance.
Preferred Skills & Certifications
- Prior experience supporting federal government environments.
- Experience working in a hybrid/remote position.
