The Impact You Will Have The Leave Program Analyst Associate plays a vital role in driving the operational success of leave of absence (LOA), disability, and ADA accommodation programs. This position ensures compliance, consistency, and a positive employee experience through close collaboration with HR teams-including Employee Relations, HRIS, Benefits, and Payroll-as well as our Third-Party Administrator. The ideal candidate brings a strong interest in Human Resources, with a focus on safety, total absence management, disability, and workers' compensation administration. Your Responsibilities:

Compensation and Benefits: Pay Range: $60,000.00 - $67,500.00 - $83,100.00 Annual Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job. Role Designation Hybrid Anchored in Connection Our hybrid approach is designed to balance flexibility with meaningful in-person connection and collaboration.
