We're looking for *motivated new graduates* with a degree in *Business* who are ready to launch their career in the insurance industry as a *Premium Auditor*.
*What You'll Do* As a Premium Auditor, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers are billed accurately based on their actual business operations and payroll data. You'll learn how to analyze financial records, conduct audits, and communicate with clients-all while gaining valuable experience in insurance operations and compliance. *Key Responsibilities* * Review and analyze payroll, tax, and accounting records to determine appropriate premium bases * Conduct audits for Workers' Compensation, General Liability, and Professional Liability policies * Communicate with clients via phone and email to gather business operation details and employee job duties * Ensure proper insurance classification codes are applied and suggest changes when needed * Apply state-specific rules to adjust premiums (e.g., officer wage limits, overtime credits) * Complete audit worksheets using Excel and process findings in our internal database * Provide excellent customer service and resolve audit disputes professionally *What We're Looking For* * Graduate with a *Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field* * *Strong analytical and organizational skills* * *Excellent verbal and written communication* * *Proficiency in Microsoft Excel* * *Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks* * *Interest in learning about insurance and compliance* *Why Join Us?* * Comprehensive training and mentorship * Opportunity to grow within the insurance industry * Collaborative and supportive team environment * Competitive salary and benefits *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Bachelor's Degree in related field (finance, business, accounting) Proficient in Microsoft Excel and has an aptitude to learn other software applications Excellent oral and written communication skills Detail oriented with a high accuracy rate Strong critical thinking and organizational skills Ability to problem solve and use good judgment Strong reading comprehension skills to interpret and apply manual rules Self-motivated with excellent time management skills Desire to continuously learn *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $42681.60 - $42681.60/yr.
