The Sr. HR Compliance & Internal Controls Specialist is responsible for ensuring adherence to HR-related regulatory requirements, internal policies, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance standards. You will lead HR-related compliance initiatives including monitoring, auditing, and improving HR processes to align with legal and financial controls while supporting organizational goals. The Sr. Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks, maintain compliance, and drive process improvements. The pay range for this position is between $65,000 to $80,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
