Position Overview

Liquibox is seeking skilled Assembly Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate production equipment, ensure quality standards, and contribute to our efficient manufacturing processes. This position offers competitive compensation with shift differentials and a consistent rotating schedule.



Schedule



  • Schedule Type:2/2/3 rotating shift pattern (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on)
  • Shift Options:

    • Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM ($0.50/hr differential)
    • Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM ($2.00/hr differential)


  • Base Pay Rate:$18.00 per hour plus applicable shift differentials

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Operate assembly machinery and production equipment according to established protocols and schedules
  • Monitor equipment performance to maximize manufacturing efficiency and output
  • Manage material allocation and inventory for production processes
  • Process finished products including packaging, labeling, and palletizing
  • Set up and maintain material drying systems, conveying equipment, and auxiliary machinery
  • Prioritize workplace safety in all operations and procedures
  • Communicate effectively regarding materials, maintenance needs, quality concerns, and production issues
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
  • Generate and manage production reports and manufacturing documentation
  • Participate in ongoing training and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide cross-functional support throughout the manufacturing facility

Experience and Qualifications

Qualifications



  • Education:High School Diploma or GED required
  • Experience:Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong organizational and communication abilities
    • Team-oriented work approach
    • Detail-oriented with mathematical aptitude
    • Physical capability to lift up to 60 pounds
    • Ability to stand/walk for entire 12-hour shift duration


  • Equipment Knowledge:

    • Manual Pallet Jack operation
    • Electric Pallet Jack operation
    • Assembly machinery experience (preferred)
