WHY DO WE NEED YOU?
Under the direction of the Director of Compensation, the Senior Compensation Manager provides analytical and consultative compensation support to Human Resource leaders and teams in Saint-Gobain's North American businesses. As an integral part of the Compensation team within the Total Rewards department, the role conducts comprehensive data analytics in support of the department and our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) offerings. The individual will also serve as the compensation subject matter expert to the assigned business client groups in compensation planning, short-term and long-term incentive plans. A key component is to support the development, design, implementation and administration of compensation programs, policies, and procedures, while managing common compensation activities, including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, incentive plan design and associated analyses. The Sr. Compensation Manager will need to communicate new programs/changes and upcoming events to key stakeholders and interpret compensation policies.
