The Chief Information Officer (CIO) will be a strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing Infor's technology vision. This individual will actively seek and prioritize feedback from across the organization to deliver high-value solutions that enable business growth and efficiency. The CIO will be relentless in driving the execution of a robust and scalable technology footprint while simplifying enterprise system architecture and transforming our data and analytics infrastructure. A day in the life typically includes: Drive culture and lead by example. Foster innovation, economic thinking, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the IT function and across the enterprise. Develop a deep understanding of Infor's business needs by proactively engaging with leaders and teams across all capabilities and functions. Build and develop a high-performing technology team committed to excellence and execution. Establish strong feedback loops to capture, evaluate, and prioritize technology needs based on business value and impact. Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive technology vision and strategy aligned with Infor's growth objectives. Drive the simplification and modernization of the enterprise system architecture to reduce complexity and improve agility. Transform data and analytics infrastructure to enable actionable insights and data-driven decision-making across the organization. Oversee IT governance, risk management, and compliance while ensuring the security and resilience of technology systems. Basic Qualifications: Proven experience as a CIO or senior IT leader in a complex enterprise environment. Demonstrated ability to understand and align technology strategy with business goals. Strong track record of engaging with diverse stakeholders to gather and prioritize feedback. Expertise in simplifying enterprise system architectures and driving modernization initiatives. Experience transforming data and analytics capabilities, including infrastructure and platforms. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
