Responsibilities

Systems Architect for EndPoint Solutions - Unified Communications

    Designs and develops a client/server environment
  • Develops strategy of client/server system and designs infrastructure necessary to support that strategy
  • Provides designs for high quality, reliable, and flexible infrastructure to support the enterprise IP network, including strategic planning for lifecycle considerations
  • Provides an adequate level of network security by employing proven technologies, industry best practices, and well- defined techniques
  • Designs procedures and policies for management of enterprise and test-bed networks
  • Advises on selection of technological purchases with regards to processing, data storage, data access, and applications development
  • Advises of feasibility of potential future projects to management
  • Monitors and documents new network elements and provides guidance to junior staff members


Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience
  • Skillset/work experience equivalence to Cisco CCDP or CCNP

    Collaboration with a focus on Design and Planning, and a minimum

    of 5 years of experience working within the IT field - with a focus in

    UC delivery mechanisms and their utilization by customers throughout

    an enterprise.

  • 2 - 7 Years experience

Desired:

  • Cisco CCDP or CCNP Collaboration

Physical Requirements:

This position requires the ability to perform the below essential functions:

  • Standing for long periods
  • Ambulate throughout an office
  • Ambulate between several buildings
  • Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required
  • Repeatedly lift and carry weight up to __40_ pounds
