Maintenance Developer As required by our governmental client, this position requires an active Secret* clearance to be considered*. A government contract requires that this position be restricted to U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents. You must provide documentation that you are a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident to qualify. Perform Reliability Centered Maintenance Analysis (RCMA) and Maintenance Procedure Card (MPC) Development for United States Coast Guard (USCG) Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) systems and equipment utilized throughout the service. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Jr Maintenance Developer: $80K - $75K Pay commensurate with experience. Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Complete Reliability-Centered Maintenance Analysis (RCMA) in accordance with MIL-STD-3034 (series) (Navy). Develop Maintenance Requirement List (MRL), List of Effective Pages (LOEP) and Maintenance Index Pages (MIPs). Format will be as directed by USCG. Develop HM&E MPCs that will be ready for publication. MPC content will be developed using the Coast Guard's Maintenance Development process covered in CGTO PG-85-00-230-G, Joint Maintenance Procedure Card (MPC) Development Process Guide (Current Version/Edition) and current standards and practices. Support the CG-22 process through RCMA, MPC development, and MPC updates. Attend meetings and conferences. Maintenance Developer Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). Six (6) years of experience in USCG or DOD Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) maintenance development. Hold a current RCM Level-II Maintenance Analysis Certification by the USCG or NAVSEA or obtain Certification within six (6) months of hire date. Excellent communication skills; oral and written. Pass a drug screen and federal background check is mandatory. Ability to pass a NACI background investigation and obtain a government issued Common Access Card (CAC) to access USCG IT systems and facilities. Ability to obtain a SECRET level clearance upon direction of the USCG.
