Minimum Job Requirements * Physical- able to drive and set-up and meet prospective employees and community outreach agencies in a job fair type setting or other venues with or without accommodation. Proficient in using a PC keyboard. * Able to travel up to 50% of the time * Working Hours- fulltime (40 hrs./week) employment * Personal Traits- Good communication and telephone skills with pleasant demeanor. Job Duties and Responsibilities Accountable for ensuring Human Resources (HR) is implemented consistently across the company. Accountable for ensuring HR meets the business needs of the business and is able to adjust as those needs change. Authorized to order supplies to support HR's mission. Authorized to hire and terminate employees. Authorized to file EEOC and other compliance/legal documents. Authorized to mitigate and resolve employee harassment claims and events of employee conflict, as well as engage legal advice, as needed. Responsible for attracting and developing talent that will enhance employee loyalty, pride and retention. Responsible for defining, maintaining and overseeing the employee review, compensation and succession programs. * Lead the multi-site Human Resources (HR) organization. * Define, manage and ensure compliance of HR policies and procedures across the business. * Engage with the Executive Leadership to define needs of the business related to HR and programs managed by HR. * Develop strategy and goals for HR. * Establish, monitor, report metrics to measure performance to goals and take appropriate action when objective aren't being met. * Provide recommendations, strategies, plans, metrics to Executive Leadership to ensure corporate HR goals and regulatory requirements are embraced, understood and accomplished. * Complete and submit annual HR compliance reports. * Serve as an outward facing HR representative to regulatory agencies, community members, and customers. * Serve as a communicator to external sources (e.g., media outlets and community leaders) and employees in the event of an emergency. * Develop, maintain and perform outreach as per the Affirmative Action Plan. * Keep current with new HR requirements and serve as resident expert on HR differences between state requirements applicable to Latitude. * Define, maintain and lead the employee review, compensation and succession programs, including management of compensation data. * Mitigate and resolve employee harassment claims and employee conflicts. * Define, implement and maintain programs to attract new hire employees. * Other ad hoc duties as requested. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * Comprehensive knowledge of all aspect of Human Resources. * Good understanding of Human Resources regulations and legal requirements. * Experience defining programs to attract and hire employees. * Experience implementing employee benefit, recognition and engagement programs. * Experience with Talent Development, Succession planning and Compensation programs * Experience with affirmative action plans and programs. * Knowledge of EEOC and Department of Labor requirements * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Good organization skills * Experienced in the use of Word and Excel. Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HR) or related field. Ten years' multi-discipline HR experience and 5 years supervisory experience. (Sr Manager, 15 years multi-discipline HR experience, 8 years supervisory experience.) Experience with managing Human Resources' organizations across multiple sites and developing a multi-site HR program. SHRM-CP or CHRM-SCP preferred.
