Bachelor's degree or two (2) years of applicable experience in the behavioral health field preferred. Experience in triage of psychiatric emergencies is preferred. Working knowledge of behavioral health and insurance verification process preferred. Knowledge of DSM-5 criteria, possess interviewing and assessment skills, and display a professional attitude in all aspects of performance. Oriented and educated in gender, cultural differences, and age-appropriate care for psychiatric and chemical dependency services. Must possess skills to communicate clearly and effectively with Clinicians. Must have computer skills using Microsoft Office Products including Word and Outlook. Ability to smoothly and rapidly shift between dissimilar tasks. Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing. Ability to react quickly and calmly as part of a team to handle volatile and potentially emergency situations. Ability to make effective decisions while in stressful situations and circumstances. Compensation for this role ranges from $22-$28 per hour depending on education and experience. Schedule: Thursday, Friday, & Saturday (7PM-7:30AM) Benefit options include:
