Job Title: Administrative Assistant Support Intermediate

Duration: 12+ Months

Location: Spartanburg, SC (Onsite)

Schedule: 07:00 AM - 05:30 PM (Mon - Fri, 50 hrs/week)


Qualifications:

As the Administrative Assistant Support Intermediate in Spartanburg, SC, you will play a key role in supporting our Advanced Manufacturing team within Client's Engineering. Your organizational and communication skills will help ensure efficient coordination of project deliverables and daily operations. This role requires strong administrative experience, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across multiple departments. We are seeking a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoys contributing to meaningful projects that drive operational excellence.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide comprehensive administrative and project support to the Advanced Manufacturing team.



  • Coordinate project deliverables, process invoices, and assist with scheduling and meeting logistics.



  • Maintain and track databases, prepare reports, and create PowerPoint presentations for leadership review.



  • Manage calendars, support meeting preparation, and handle internal and external communication.



  • Greet and check in personnel daily at the Welcome Center/front desk and verify documentation for training/orientation classes.



  • Collaborate with management, vendors, and staff to ensure smooth operations and accurate recordkeeping.




Requirements:


  • Minimum 5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a project or engineering environment.



  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).



  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally across all levels.



  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment.



  • Bilingual in Spanish (reading and writing) preferred.



  • Experience managing check-in or front-desk operations in a high-traffic setting is a plus.
