We are seeking a dedicated Engineer to collaborate across functions and ensure consistent alignment of quality assurance objectives. In this role, you'll investigate opportunities to enhance competitiveness, improve operational efficiency, and apply innovative solutions to drive success. As a critical liaison between internal and external partners, you will implement policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure compliance with corporate quality standards. Your responsibilities will include performing audits, conducting root-cause analyses, and driving corrective actions to improve quality and food safety. You'll also use your analytical skills to apply statistical techniques and develop targeted sampling protocols based on risk. Through monthly reviews, scorecard creation, and stakeholder presentations, you will communicate progress and lead initiatives that contribute to continuous improvement.
