Senior Integration & Implementation Specialist

Location: REMOTE

Annual Compensation: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 DOE

We're looking for a Senior Integration & Implementation Specialist to lead seamless connections between GMR's Transport.net platform and systems like EHRs, HL7 feeds, CAD platforms, and transport tools. You'll define scope, shape interface design, and manage projects from start to finish. You'll also mentor junior analysts, translate workflows into clear requirements, and collaborate across IT, business teams, and external partners. Bonus: You'll get to use AI to streamline processes and boost efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end integration projects, defining scope, managing timelines, and driving execution across HL7, EHR, CAD, and Transport Management System interfaces.
  • Translate complex business and system workflows into actionable integration requirements and interface specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, implementation, and external partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
  • Mentor junior analysts, providing guidance on technical analysis, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Facilitate integration planning, demos, and status meetings to ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive integration documentation, including interface maps, data flow diagrams, implementation plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring reliable data exchange and optimal system performance.
  • Monitor integration health and system performance using advanced analytics, proactively identifying and resolving data-related issues.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams, customers, and vendors to support seamless implementation and ongoing integration support.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance integration planning, resource allocation, risk analysis, and implementation tracking.
  • Engineer workflows to optimize interoperability and streamline operational processes across platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 4+ years of experience in systems integration, implementation, or technical project management (preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage complex integration projects involving multiple stakeholders and technologies
  • Proficient in HL7, EHR systems, CAD platforms, and transport management systems
  • Skilled in leveraging generative and agentic AI tools to streamline integration and implementation workflows
  • Familiarity with medical transport operations and health data exchange standards is a plus
