We are hiring a Financial Analyst. The Financial Analyst will support the development, accuracy, connectivity, and administration of TIDI's commercial data. This function is critical to the support of TIDI's vision to provide accurate end user sales analysis and reporting to both internal and external customers. This includes the budget and forecast processes, along with project and ad hoc financial analysis and support. All monthly reporting and financial analysis, including variance analytics, are to be provided and reviewed with business leaders. The ideal candidate would live within 2 hours of our Neenah, WI office. EDUCTION: * Bachelor's Degree from 4-year recognized institution in Finance, Accounting or Related Field * 2+ years of related work experience in a corporate environment * Proficient in Microsoft applications, with advanced Excel skills * Experience with Microsoft SQL * Experience with Microsoft PowerBI * Experience with Microsoft Fabric * Experience with data integration, mapping, mining, or transformation * Emphasis on consistently producing high quality results and attention to detail
