Basic Function
Will support the Customer Service Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the customer service department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and an efficient delivery service. Will also assist sales leadership in onboarding new sales representatives and any other sales administrative activities (see duties and responsibilities below). Organizational Relationships Reports directly to the Manager of Customer Service. Maintains close contact with Account Executives, Order Entry, Sales Managers, Design Service, and Director of Strategic Projects. Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Authority The Assistant Customer Service Manager/Sales Administrator is authorized to take any reasonable action necessary to carry out the responsibilities assigned and to maintain effective, timely and professional office operation. These actions must be in accordance with the Bernhardt Policy Manual and other established policies, practices and subject to general or specific authority limitations as established by the Manger of Customer Service.
