Job Elements & Position Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for manufacturing processes, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Step in to perform high-level tasks during busy periods, employee absences, or training situations.
- Maintain to serve as a resource for technical expertise.
- Ensure floor coverage by flexing between supervisory duties and hands-on production work when necessary.
- Schedule manpower to achieve manufacturing priorities, including managing overtime and time-off requests.
- Communicate and coordinate activities with other departments such as Quality, Warehouse, Toolroom, and Engineering to ensure smooth operations.
- Facilitate communication within and across shifts to achieve goals and keep employees informed of performance metrics and issues.
- Participate in staffing processes, including interviewing, selecting, onboarding, and orienting new employees.
- Provide and/or coordinate required training for employees to ensure skill development and compliance with procedures.
- Promote and foster a positive work environment and culture that supports employee engagement, collaboration, and respect.
- Ensure all aspects of safety are maintained, including monitoring work practices, correcting unsafe conditions, and conducting accident investigations.
- Administer performance appraisals, employee development programs, and disciplinary actions as needed.
- Must be willing to participate in Six Sigma activities
- Maintain proper housekeeping standards, including adherence to 5S and BRC requirements.

- Must be able to discern shades of color and color differences relating to component parts used in the manufacturing process
- Must possess Intermediate or better PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite products and email programs such as Microsoft Outlook
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the annual salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
