We are seeking a Treasury Services Support Specialist to provide exquisite member support for Treasury Services to include ACH Origination, Wire Transfers, Account Analysis, Corporate Online Banking (including Bill Pay), Positive Pay, RDC, and other Cash Management products. The Treasury Services Support Representative will also provide support to branch personnel for general inquires. The Treasury Services Support Specialist role is critical to the continued success of the Treasury Team and TowneBank members.

Essential Responsibilities:



  • Assisting corporate members with online banking.
  • Frequently monitoring Treasury Service Now System for member/branch inquires.
  • Assisting members with processing steps for originating ACH, initiating wire transfers, positive pay files, and remote deposit.
  • Providing online support to members via secure email channels.
  • Staying abreast of system functionality as enhancements/releases are deployed.
  • Assisting the Treasury Services Implementation team as needed.
  • Performing other duties and departmental functions as assigned.
  • Adheres to applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).



      Minimum Required Skills & Competencies:



      • Call center experience.
      • One year of previous banking experience.
      • Exquisite member service skills.
      • Excellent interaction and call etiquette.
      • Computer skills (Word and Excel).
      • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
      • Strong time management skills.
      • The ability to multi-task.
      • One to two years of payment experience (origination and receiving).



      Desired Skills & Competencies:



      • Treasury /Cash management experience.


      Physical Requirements:



      • Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally.
      • Exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time.
      • Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation.
      • Not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
