Steamfitter Welder Job Summary: Install, maintain and service HVAC systems, including all types of heating, cooling, pressurization and ventilation equipment, boilers and chillers, rooftop units and built-in systems along with any other supporting infrastructure such as piping systems, pumps, and ductwork. Install, maintain, and service HVAC controls such as, but not limited to, building automation systems, control panels, room sensors, and thermostats. This person should be able to but is not currently required to be able to weld. Must be able to work in all Milwaukee County facilities including secured detention/high-security facilities and work in areas with sensitive information and assets. Job Responsibilities:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to lift, carry up to 50 lbs. and push, and pull up to 75 lbs. Knowledge and use of service vehicles, pick-up trucks, forklifts/trucks, and HVAC trade hand and power tools.
