Find out more about us at Kaman.com/Careers. We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Materials Audit Coordinator to work at your Middletown, CT facility. This position will monitor (including transactions, physical location, and cycle counts) production floor inventory assets on one or more programs as assigned. Maintain constant liaison with managers, production areas, planning, receiving inspection and procurement. Obtain program information from Status Reports, production, purchasing, etc. Coordinates the virtual (electronic) and physical movement of materials. Provide direction to production and quality personnel regarding material processing. Report shortages to management. Diagnose troubled areas, communicate problems to supervisor, suggest solutions/improvements and take corrective action.
Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelors' Degree preferred but not required. Interest in Higher Education Required. Experience: Minimum of 3 years working familiarity and understanding of production control processes, procedures and warehouse experience. Microsoft Office experience, including Excel and Word. Advanced System skills including: Matrix, WDS, TipQA, DCS. Kaman is an equal opportunity employer.
