Growth Marketing Senior Specialist This is a 6-month, full-time (40 hours/week), remote contract role based in the U.S. (Eastern Time), with the potential to extend. Must live in the US to be considered.
Summary
The Growth Marketing Senior Specialist will lead performance marketing efforts to drive mobile app user acquisition. This role focuses on launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across multiple paid media channels, using data-driven insights to improve results and uncover new growth opportunities.
Our Ideal Candidate
3+ years of experience in mobile app user acquisition or growth marketing
Passion for data-driven marketing and performance optimization
Strong foundation in paid media strategy, including campaign management, audience targeting, and creative testing
Proficient in Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, DSPs, Meta, TikTok, or similar platforms
Skilled in analyzing campaign performance, A/B testing, and budget management
Experience managing ad spend of $100,000+ per month
Familiar with SQL or similar analytical tools (a plus)
Comfortable collaborating with creative, analytics, and growth marketing teams
Able to work independently while maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders
Flexible, innovative, and eager to stay ahead of industry trends
Job Description
In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to drive user growth for a mobile app.
You'll collaborate with internal marketing and creative teams to identify high-performing tactics, test new channels, and refine targeting strategies for maximum ROI. Responsibilities include analyzing campaign data, managing budgets, coordinating with external partners, and sharing insights that shape creative direction and long-term growth strategy. You will also contribute to innovation across the user acquisition program by identifying scalable, cost-effective opportunities and staying informed about emerging tools, technologies, and trends in mobile marketing.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Background in performance marketing, mobile advertising, or app growth strategy
Experience with large-scale campaign management and analytics
Previous work in fast-paced, data-focused environments preferred
Must be based in the U.S. and available to work Eastern Time hours
The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $50-$60per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
