- Mastery of at least one production process: (HIC Spotting, MX HIC, HI Plug or VG assembly).
- Dry and pack Humidity Indicator Cards per process instructions.
- Assemble products per order requirements.
- Inspect completed products to ensure they meet quality standards and order requirements.
- Package products per order requirements.
- Accurately track own production labor / material tracking using process order logs.
- Dip orders per process order specifications.
- Testing IAW Clariant testing procedures.
- Read and acknowledge all relevant safety processes and guidelines; complete all safety training.
- Ensure adherence to Clariant Quality and ISO Guidelines.
Requirements
- High School diploma of GED
- Assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Basic math
- Read / write in English
- Bilingual a plus (English- Spanish)
- Ability to lift to 40 lbs
- Basic PC skills
