Position Overview

The Global Strategic Marketing Manager - High-Tech Water will play a critical role in shaping and executing growth strategies across the data center, life sciences, and microelectronics markets. Reporting to the Global Strategic Marketing Director, Industrial Solutions, this role will collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to drive market expansion, define value propositions, and enable sustainable growth for high-priority sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Lead the development of strategies for the High-Tech Water sectors.
  • Collaborate with Regional Marketing, Corporate Accounts, and business leaders to create and implement Growth Playbooks.
  • Define priority market segments at country, regional, and global levels.
  • Represent High-Tech sectors in executive, regional, and global account discussions to align and monitor strategy execution.
  • Lead Voice of Customer initiatives and New Product Blueprinting for customer insights.
  • Maintain accredited market data (market size / market CAGR) and ensure alignment across global and regional teams.
  • Develop sector value propositions, incorporating regional market requirements.
  • Support management systems that translate strategy into measurable results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, or related technical field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferred in the industrial water industry.
  • Demonstrated B2B marketing experience in a multinational environment.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to engage across multiple organizational levels.
  • Fluent in English; additional language is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, structured, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to translate customer needs into business opportunities.
  • Experience with data center, life sciences, or microelectronics sectors strongly preferred.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $91,800.00 and $153,100.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
